Job Summary
Job Duties/ Responsibilities/Accountabilities: • Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure • Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs • Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT • Manage information technology and computer systems • Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance • Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems • Implements network security at the corporate level as established by corporate • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time • Audit systems and assess their outcomes • Oversee IT-related asset purchases on a company-wide basis. • Manages software licenses on a company-wide basis. • Preserve assets, information security and control structures • Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness • Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services. • Manages the development of project teams by ensuring that project tasks are in line with each Innovator's career interests.

Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience working in IT-related field • Experience in leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologiesEducation Qualification: Bachelor's degree/HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, Eng, Electrical Eng Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited university. A master’s degree will be an added advantage. Professional Qualification: At least 2 certifications from MCSA, MCSE, MCIPT, CCNA, ITIL, CCNP, CCSE, COBIT, CBAP, PMP etc. Experience
